A lot of people are told they have something inside their lungs, which is really scary for a lot of people because what is it? What's going on here? And they get the x-ray or they get the MRI and the doctor says, well, we have to go and do a biopsy now. So we're going to have to go in there. And it puts a lot of people in fear and chaos. And yeah, they get a biopsy and there could be a problem one way or the other.
but let's talk about what happens in the lungs and what's going on. So a lot of people get all
these different issues inside the lung, okay? They'll get nodules inside the lungs. They'll
get scar tissue inside their lungs. They'll get cysts inside their lungs. They'll get imperfections
inside their lungs, like a little dark spot or a gray area inside their lungs. A lot of reasons
for all of these. And it's not just about smoking or somebody vaping because those aren't good.
A lot of people would be like, I never smoked a cigarette in my life. But the doctor says I got
this spot in my lung and what am I going to do now? I have to get surgery and maybe get it cut
out or I'm not sure what's going on. And there's people out there that'll be like, I never smoked
anything. I never smoked anything in my life. What is going on? And let's go into it now a little bit.
So in order to get something to develop inside the lung, there had to have been a pathogen.
Some kind of pathogen had to create a problem.
If someone had a really bad flu, cold or anything like that, and it was a bad flu,
sometimes that flu bug can create scar tissue inside one of the lungs.
And that scar tissue can grow over time and take a life of its own.
So that's one reason right there.
Or someone could say, well, I had a really bad flu back 20 years ago.
Or I had a big, you know, some kind of lung infection or some kind of pneumonia back 20 years ago.
And, you know, I did have that.
And what happens is you get scar tissue in the lung.
Another thing, too, is Epstein-Barr.
Epstein-Barr is a virus that can create scar tissue or a nodule or a cyst inside the lungs.
and that can lead to a cyst that becomes a bigger problem, a scarier problem, but it also can lead
to a nodule or a cyst or scar tissue that just sits inside the lung forever. So a lot of people
have that where the doctor will say, well, we'll keep an eye on it. We'll keep an eye on it.
It's not cancerous, so we'll keep an eye on it. So a lot of people deal with this where they have
this imperfection or the scar tissue or nodule sitting inside their lungs. And what happens is
when we eat foods that viruses like, such as Epstein-Barr,
it contributes to the scar tissue growing
and it contributes to the lung issue going further.
So we have to keep that in mind
that when it comes down to viral issues like that,
foods can also bring about these problems
and make them worse.
